ESSENTIAL INFORMATION
To rent equipment in store, it is MANDATORY to have a valid credit card with an expiration date after May 1, 2024. We take a credit card imprint for all rentals to ensure the return of the equipment.
Note that the rental price does not vary based on the age of the landlord but rather on their weight and height.
Furthermore taxes. Purchase option available: 90% of the amount paid for rental will be deducted from the value of the rented equipment if you decide to purchase at the end of the rental period.
Rental includes: sharpening, waxing and adjusting equipment.

Frequently asked question
When should I return my winter rental equipment for the season?
You have until May 1 following the season of your rental to return your equipment. For example, if you rented your equipment on November 16, 2020, you have until May 1, 2021 to return it. So, if you want to rent the same equipment again, you can wait until the fall to pay for the following year’s rental without making a refund.
However, if the equipment is taking up space, you can simply return it at the end of your ski season.
Please note that if you have rental-to-own equipment, you may decide to purchase the equipment at any time during the season or on or before the rental due date. The balance must be paid before May 1 following your rental season.
If my child grows during the season, can I come and exchange the equipment?
Absolutely, you can come and exchange rental equipment that has become too small or uncomfortable throughout the season for free.
What happens if my equipment is stolen?
We offer an insurance contract in the event of theft. If you have purchased this insurance and your equipment is stolen, we will provide you with new equipment as soon as you return with proof of the theft. If you have not purchased insurance, our rentals are not covered against theft, and you will then have to pay an amount equivalent to the value of the equipment.
What should I do if my equipment breaks during the season?
We will replace and repair free of charge any damage resulting from a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear of the product. However, damage caused by misuse is not covered. It is therefore strongly recommended not to use rental equipment in the snow park, in unmarked wooded areas or in activities such as kiting.
